This was my first building project to make good use of the computer. My son I built this surprisingly complex little structure, and since I had drawn the plans with AutoCAD I often used it to help provide a variety of necessay diminsions and angles. I even used it to draw and diminsion all the odd- shaped beams and joists, so that they could be cut with confidence. No more lugging beams up and down the ladder trying to get them to fit by the usual trial and error; they were dead-on accurate the first time.
